My colleagues and I get the opportunity to frequently work with veterans in our line of business. Their strong work ethic, commitment to their country, and indomitable attitudes often translates into successful careers and comfortable lives once they leave the military. However, the difficulties of service are not always left behind in theater, and it is our responsibility to support those veterans and their families who struggle when they get back home.
That is why I am teaming up with Salute Inc., a non-profit organization that provides assistance to veterans in need. Any money donated to this fundraiser will go towards helping veterans pay for rent, food, and utilities. This fundraising campaign will culminate on October 9, 2022, when Salute Inc.'s fundraisers will run the Chicago Marathon.
