As a military spouse, I have first hand experience with veterans and have witnessed the impact of transitioning into the civilian life. Our military members have sacrificed their lives for our freedom and now some of them need our help. The transition to civilian life is often difficult, especially where there is injury. SALUTE delivers short term financial assistance to bridge the temporary income gaps and meet the basic needs of post 9/11 veterans.
