This will be my third time running the Chicago Marathon with Team Salute. I truly support and believe everything Salute INC. stands for. I had the honor of serving in the United States Marine Corps, and experienced, first hand, the struggles and reality of the transition back to the civilian life. I was very fortunate to have family members who took my wife and I in until we were able to get on our feet. Many others, however, do not have this luxury. This is why it is important to help donate and ensure funds are available to those who are injured, and/or unable to make ends meet after their sacrifice and service to our country.
